I’m a young teen. I’m hopefully going to get an expander to fix my mandibular recession. Last ortho said I didnt need one because it was a bad ortho. I’m going to a new ortho that will hopefully say I need it. If they don’t, are there any last ditch DIY efforts I can do to fix my mandibular recession and narrow palate? Probably not but I just wanted to post here just in case.

How young are we talking? Because some variants might change with growth
