I was doing a bit of research into Lateral Canthoplasties (fox eye surgery) and came across something I just had to post on here.

I find it really funny as to why people do not at least try to softmax before going under the knife, as professional as I want to sound right now, she literally has stubble.

As well as having stubble as a women (idk if she is transgender) she also has an insane double chin, and through basic analysation I can almost 100% guarantee she is frauding her jaw in the During photo, this is because the body fat around her neck + from what we can see of the body is pretty much unchanged.

What the hell is this? She needs a consultation with me ASAP.

When an individual has that many unhealthy indicators it is very sub-optimal to be performing on them, it is also a company risk, the same doctors that perform on these individuals are the same doctors that are speechless when court cases come rolling in. A lot of the people on this forum are likely more qualified than these "practitioners". It puts a bad name on Aesthetics as a whole which is quite frustrating really.
