Ok so I got my rhinoplasty done about a week ago, here’s an update, I went to a maxillo-facial surgeon, ask me anything in the comment section

Im much better now but this recovery has not been easy. I broke my nose 2 years ago playing basketball so my breathing was fucked and my nose was extremely deviated. Typically rhinoplasty takes 2 hours, which is about how long the surgeon told me mine would be. Ended up being 4 fucking hours (this resulted in much more pain and swelling, the pain meds they gave me have not been enough and I’ve had to go to the ER to get injections just to be able to sleep KMS) here was me at the ER during night 2 post op

Overall, the surgeon did an amazing job, it was a very tough surgery though as my nose was fucked before. I think I put my photos from before in the thread i linked (which also has a link to more photos lol) so after this recovery I think I’ll ascend a full psl point

The result has been perfect, I was on fletchzilla live on TikTok last night and we talked about how with the increased swelling and edema/inflammation in my face, and pooling blood that it’s potentially a great time for some potential subperiosteal hematoma ossification

I’ve also been recently inspired by the hype around spectrum aesthetics .org bonesmashing progress, guide, along with his skool community

Rhino was great, but what are thoughts on trying to capitalize on the pooling blood in my face rn?

i think my nose was my biggest failo, your nose is in the middle of my face, mine was extremely crooked and wide, took a lot away from my good eye area and wide/full mouth

Your biggest failo is your jaw, your zygomatic arch second. I highly doubt your nose was an issue but you need to provide before pictures for me to verify.

You should have went with a bimaxillary surgery first, along with a genioplasty, after that if your zygomatic arch remained an issue that would of been fixed with zygomatic arch implants, and THEN rhinoplasty if the nose was still a problem. Its sad you weren't educated on facial convexities before proceeding with this but it isn't the end of the world.

yeah, probably around 14-15 bf rn, visible love handles, stomach fat, hyoid fat, etc, honestly never cared to lower it because i only cared about getting the rhino done.

now im cutting hard to see true facial aesethetics

thoughts on maybe filler/genio/implant?
