1st question:
Yes, it is possible. As long as u don't grind or clenching ur teeth. Btw u can do that unconsciously while sleeping, might need to train that.

U need to chew ur food with the controled motion ( u need to avoid eating while watching youtube, it can distracted u from chewing correctly.

2nd question:
Honestly, i don't know how to respond to this question but i will try my best. Bone is not a muscle, so u can't train it like a muscle. U need to triggered it directly or with tension. But still i'm just a babeh🥺, still learning. My answer is, "probably a myth".

3rd question:
Just eat, normally. Controlled motion just like ur doing ur backshots with girls.

4th question:
Kinda work, if ur still growing. Mostly teen n child (arranging from 18 months old - 17/18 y.o) , if ur an adult, sorry to say. Go to ortho n work on ur MSE

5th question:
