Appreciate it a lot and yeah could I see your side before and after also do I have a decent base rn like side and front or like what’s my strong pointsmirin the height ur face keeps growing till ur like in ur 20s so proper habits would be a miracle for u at that age yeah do chintucks but look for the proper way to do it and improve ur posture as much as u can + proper tongue posture and swallowing eat hard food for proper facial developemnt and breath through ur nose its actually more important than people think and even if u can't afford hard foods that much try to at least chew the food a lot and what I mean with tongue posture is mewing its not a meme like these tiktokcels think that what I actually did and I can send u photos of my side profile before and after, try to maintain the good posture because bad slouched posture would just make ur maxilla grow downward and ur face overall grow bad / recessed if u have any issues breathing go fix em and fix ur teeth too look if u need palate expander or anything to do cuz now is the perfect age to do it and lock in on the gym look up TNF and elijah mundy yolifts all of these guys to get in proper science based lifting having a good frame would give u an edge between u and people ur age + w ur height u would look insane at 16-17
