yeah i did this, i ran from home after my first shift and went into the wheel socket on the airiplane, landed in turkey and got lefort 69. Best disision of my life (all the girls love me now)

what will ascend most people isnt a drastic change made with one procedure, but small ones made in plenty different procedures
you could replace a lot of that with filler if you want
and if you really needed to ascend wouldnt you do it? the bonus surgeries listed are all mostly moderately complex procedures, and are mostly realistic to do compared to some world ending failo like busted esr
