Yes, it's posible to get more neck width.

Do neck curls and lateral raises daily.

Mark as solution
1. lateral raises do not target neck width at all, they target the medial head of the deltiod
you may be confusing shoulder width with neck width
2. training every day would not be a good frequency for his goals. for purposes of hypertrophy i would recommend training 2-3x a week
3.also instead of just doing neck curls, doing neck extensions and shrugs (traps) as well would be best for making your neck appear wider
