I am sub 5, super manlet with a overbite and jaw of despair and doom, I've been told that besides rhino and fat grafting the principal should be a whole wraparound implant with braces, or bimax to make my midface a bit longer and genioplasty to get a wider chin

I am asking between the two I mention, wraparound implants or bimax with genio which one would be the best?

If I get a loan from the bank and get in a horribly debt

If keep living I would study Neuropsychology or industrial psychology as far as I know those are where is the most money

rhino + lengthened the whole lower third + narrowed the middle third + widened the chin and lips just a little bit
