Front Delts (light)

Day 3 – Legs
Legs
Glutes

Repeating the cycle once again and then one rest Day.

I mean it is but i would highkey just run upper lower to increase the rest days cause imo 1 is to little but I just say do whatever split makes u go to the gym consistently
