My infras are not that severely recessed, it’s mostly just skin being thin (or so i think), my convex vector is neutral-slightly positive, i looked into volufline but the only studies are from the brands n anecdotals are mixed n i also looked into estriol cream which might be the closest thing to a solution, no i dont wanna put concealer and makeupcel, thoughts?

Yes estriol cream will work very well, just use concealer when you go out on them and estriol cream every day as part of your nighttime routine
