This needs to be discussed, a lot of people will say "big nose" and think the answer is a rhinoplasty/nose job. But thats actually not the case, a long nose is determined by the length of your midface and a rhinoplasty has its limits, yeah it can narrow the width and lift the tip, but actually vertically shortening the base of the nose to the bottom of your eyes cannot be done through a rhinoplasty, Does anyone know if there is a surgery that fixes this?
A while back, i had a massive nose, so i got a rhino, and yeah it narrowed it down but it didnt fix the root cause, the VERTICAL LENGTH, and i had the biggest rage bait ever, people said my nose looks big and said to get a rhino, so i told them i got a nose job and asked what was "big" about it , so this time they didnt say the width, them niggas said the length. Now That is a much more complex thing that i think needs to be talked about more.
