I've been feeling so sick the last few hours and last time i ate was about 48 hours ago, is there any solution that you can think of?

Don't starve yourself bruh

Do a calorie deficit and track your macros + 10k steps and you'll be good

Look, if you’re trying to ascend, crashing your metabolism with a 48-hour starve is not it bhai. All you're doing is burning through glycogen, destroying your lean tissue, and melting away the muscle volume in your jaw and frame, which leaves you looking skinny-fat rather than truly lean. It’s a massive cope that completely nukes your testosterone and ruins your energy for workouts. If you want to actually lower your body fat percentage to reveal your bone structure, you need to run a high-protein calorie deficit while lifting heavy, not give yourself acute gastritis for zero aesthetic gain ffs

i have a really horrible problem with either going 0 or 100 with the cut, so i could never balance a deficit so i'd always fail.
what amount of calories would you recommend?
i was thinking 1000-1500

Ideally 200-300 calories less than maintenance calories works well if you're NOT GROWING
