New to looksmaxxing— I am 1/4th Native American, and my understanding is that this can cause a slightly flatter midface appearance despite not being recessed.

Besides 17%~bdf, Is my side profile issue recession or ethnicity?

I have a fairly wide pallet to my knowledge and have unintentionally mewed since I was 13.

I’d look into your lifestyle choices and habits as well, do you have habits that are typically oestrogenic? Are you giving your body incentive to to grow, (growth hormone levels, micronutrients,) do you have any orthodontic issues. Genetics are going to determine your ceiling, but your nurturing lifestyle helps stimulate growth

I let myself go when I was 16 and had a very bad diet until recently— I just turned 19 & cut out sugar completely, my diet is now purely ground beef, eggs, and some dairy, with supplements & electrolytes.

Without diagnosing it, I figure I had fairly low T because my voice has significantly deepened in the past month. I’ve also dropped from 22%~ bdf to 17%, and am getting back into resistance training/ sparring.

I plan to hit 10% bodyfat in the next couple of months, and get my angularity back in the face— I am 6’1 and haven’t grown in atleast a year or two so my plates are probably fused..

Considering you haven’t been taking care of yourself until now you still may have a little more growth capacity left. Regardless (lifefuel alert jfl💀🙏) you’ll feel better and look better through your keratin (skin, hair eyebrows, lashes) and will have less brain fog, based choice all in all
