I currently do anterior posterior and I go to the gym 4 times a week. 2 of those days i do 2 sets till failure or 1 Rep in reverse, and the other 2 days i do 3x10. i might be a fag

son you joined yesterday i appreciate the hustle but u gotta do some research 2xfailure doesn’t get enough volume usually especially not 6 times a week ur gonna get weaker due to fatigue

oh shit mb i mis typed i meant 4-5 times a week. But ive done my own stuff and before i used to do 3x10 and made less muscle with newbie gains btw then i do now, also join date has nothing to do with this, ive been on other forums

okay yeah but u must go a bit lower than if u were doing 3x10 weightwise

are you saying that you have to use less weight on 3x10, if so then obv and thats why 2xfailure is better

well yes but mechanical tension drives hypertrophy and 2xfailure is sometimes not good for volume it’s great for strength tho

ppl is shit after 3 months and i don’t lift heavy enough for it
how is it shit 3 months after, im currently doing push+legs pull rest rest push, used to do upper lower but im advanced lifter so i need more volume to grow so i have to split my upper day
