I currently do anterior posterior and I go to the gym 4 times a week. 2 of those days i do 2 sets till failure or 1 Rep in reverse, and the other 2 days i do 3x10. i might be a fag

well yes but mechanical tension drives hypertrophy and 2xfailure is sometimes not good for volume it’s great for strength thoare you saying that you have to use less weight on 3x10, if so then obv and thats why 2xfailure is better
