I am currently 15 yo, but I'll turn 16 this year. I've been hearing about this bone remodeling thing everywhere, but I dont know if it works neither how to do it. How does it work?

Idk what u and they means by bone remodelling.
Mewing and such?
It does works but it's on the long time, you could perfect it with the help of PEDs (like Astrosky) but it will still take years.
Also the younger u are, the faster the results get in(water ik)

If you have reached puberty its near impossible to change your craniofacial bone structure because 90% of it is already done forever.

Only few bones can be altered and only through means like mse for the palate as example
