Theres a few near me which i could go to but im a bit lazy and have no clue what im even suplosed to do at all. Im 5'7 and 55~ Kg. My bidelt is around 18 inches and i have very little muscle. my ribs are flared and waist is kinda wide. I js wanna focus on shoulders,Abs and arms (and aplarently u can kinda fix rib flare ny working out idk how) anybody got advice?

its just that my chance of getting a GF is about 0% and itll remain 0% weither i work out or not. so idk if its js a waste of time or not

i dont get bullied or anything i just feel like people find me funny but apart from that never speak to me especially outside of class. I havent gone outside with a friend in well over 6 months. Like everybody js ignores me no matter how funny i am

Yes and rib flare is fixable by training abs, rib flare is usually caused by poor support from ur abs on the ribcage

TikTok has a lot of good information, recommend watching Tnf. Just go in person with ur mom or dad. Ask for a membership, find a split and excersize selection from online or someone in person that has experience

nigga u can easily find this stuff out online, go to the gym and ask how to apply, search up a split to do and search up exercises to target the muscles
