Why do models mog? They don't even follow primal.

Also carbs mogs, lower SHBG, better bone formation, better energy source (it's the prefered one of the body), better hormones (pretty sure there is allat more).

In his recent video he said thay looksmaxxers do looksmaxxing cuz thier skulls are small due of bad diet from them and their ancestors. He also said is understandable but that they need to fix the main root wich is diet since childhood
