Is fixing forward head posture worth it? (3 Viewers)

Obviously in some cases it might be, but I have a slightly recessed jaw/chin, fixing my posture would reveal this more. Also is it possible ts would give me the turkey neck that you get when you do chin tucks for example? This is a very low iq post but im kinda lazy to look into it and would prefer someone who alr knows to give me the answer lmao.

no its not going to magically unrecess your jaw, but having bad posture is terrible, definitely fix that
