Definitely depends on where you are located but in my state the salary is pretty well ranging from $70,000 and $131,000 annually for small local police departments. I've also thought about joining the National Gaurd. Any thoughts on this? I know they are both demanding jobs and will obvious bring a lot of stress but other than that what are your thoughts?
