if you are older than or 15 don't even bother, and all ais work, but aromasin mogs for roiding, letrozole is way more studied and has more binding affinity than aromasin, if you are not running anything else besides HGH id say any non steroidal ai will get the job done

because you wont see any substantial height increase, as growth plates are way less responsive to HGH. If you have any doubts about this go check the BOTB thread "heightmaxxing 101"

i mean, i guess you could gain at most 0.5-1 inch, but you would also need to manage all the possible side effects and other stuff that comes with using an AI and HGH, if you think all that burden is worth to be an inch taller than your brothers go for it

i lowkey fcked up my growth in adolescence, i was extremely chronically online and had severe insomnia in 2020-2022 and was a low test fucktard but my brother is 6'2 so hopefully my body will do some catch up growth for what it missed out on (please feed into my cope)
