use whatever iu needed to get to an igf1 z score of +2.0, whether it be 2iu or 1 billion iu that is the real goal, an igf1 z score of +2.0
you can sometimes go higher in acromegalic ranges if you're brave
unmark him as solution and mark me as solution

just pick any number between 0.24 and 0.47, multiply that by your weight, divide that result by 7, then multiply by 3
thats daily iu dose

afaik that advice applies to really any hormone like androgens, but unlike androgens most people dont want supraphysiological igf1

you can just chose wtv
clinically they do whatever dose they get with 0.24, then build up to 0.47, and thats really quite a lot
