Used to be a common method but now not a lot of people know it so I will talk about it:
It is pretty common knowledge know that Chico dimo mogs because of his giant skull, to calculate this is simple. The iris is extremely consistent across all people and has an average size of 12-12.5mm (full range is 11mm-13mm). This makes it an extremely useful landmark when measuring pictures to get a reference for size

here are some examples of it being used:
iris: 17pixels
bizygo: (209pixels/17pixels) x 12mm = 147.5mm = 14.75cm
face height: (281pixels/17pixels) x 12mm = 198.3mm = 19.8cm

iris: 67pixels
bizygo: (841pixels/67pixels) x 12mm = 150.6mm = 15.6cm
faceheight: (1027pixels/67pixels) x 12mm = 183.9mm = 18.39cm

Useful for calculating dimo and development and whatnot, obviously the better quality the picture the more useful it is and its also good for figuring out if a picture is lens distorted

incredibly inconsistent method of measurement and we can see that even in the examples you sent
a 15.6cm skull width is EXTREMELY wide (99th centile+) , JB skull is wide but thats pretty much deformity tier
additionally ive had clients submit their CT scan and have a vastly different bizygomatic breadth than they did using said method
I wouldn't use this if i were you

JB does have a deformity tier skull tho lol + thats when he was fat asf, I have measured my skull irl and with the iris method and usually it is pretty close but the most useful case of this method is to check if a picture is accurate while making this post I was checking chicos skull and the picture gave a 13.6cm skull width which indicates that the picture was distorted. Also the 2mm range in the iris size does add up so what you say is true it can be very inconsistent at times but it is still useful

theres too much deviations , and i recommend u look into the data to see how outlier a 156mm skull really is on a white Caucasian male lmao
ive gotten 40+mm pfl on elias de poot (obv false) and 30mm using the same method

the deviations are the point imo, you can figure out if a picture is good for measuring or not for example a picture of de poot with the same angle if one has his skull width at 13cm and one has it at 14cm, one of the pictures is distorted. JB skull is definitely an outlier but yeah 15.6cm is fucked, probably messed up while measuring in this pic or maybe he has a smaller iris than normal
