im not getting the marpe for looks changes its purley for my breathing issues but if it doas changes my look im fine with it and my question was about internal headgears

how many TADs are in ur marpe ask for 15-17mm tads as well 13mm is not enough anymore since your 17

idk about the tads but my palete is not that narrow im doing 4-6mm expansion

oh shit well i did 7mm anterior 9mm posterior cbct confirmed but my tads were only 11mm
doc said sutures were responsive
