It may sound like a joke, but walking more is actually one of the simplest ways to help prevent low testosterone in men.
To be honest, if these basic foundations are not in place, supplements may make little to no difference for you in many, if not all,
areas.
We can clearly see the difference between the ones who walk less.
The data above indicates an increase of approximately 7 ng/dL in testosterone for every additional 1,000 steps. Therefore, by increasing your daily step count by 5,000, you could expect a 35–40 ng/dL boost from walking alone. This estimate does not account for downstream effects, such as improved body composition, which would further enhance the benefits on testosterone.
You can easily reach 12,000 steps simply by going outside to a park. Personally, I take my younger brothers to the park, enjoy the scenery, and reach my step goal at the same time. If you are busy and unable to focus on other methods of boosting testosterone, walking is one of the most effective options. It can also help reduce cortisol levels, which supports better stress management, improves recovery, and further promotes healthy hormone balance.
This was my short guide, and I hope it was helpful—especially for those who tend to be less active. Make sure to get outside and spend some time in nature! I will also be creating other guides on testosterone, covering both natural and non-natural approaches.
Go and touch some grass.
