For Who Is This Guide ?
If you want to maximise your testosterone without using peds for whatever reason, this guide exploits the body biological response to intense stress to increase testosterone significantly.
So if your still in puberty and want to maximise your testosterone this guide is for you
ive discovered this myself a while ago and never heard about it anywhere and it might seem like cope at first but ive done it many times and every time it worked : its a training method called super squats.
What Are Super Squats ?
A super squat, or a 20rep breathing squat, is a training method from the golden ear bodybuilders.
Its pretty well known in the gymcell sphere since its great at increasing muscle mass in the legs fast, but ive never heard anyone talk about the testosterone increase you can get from doing them correctly
Im talking about a real increase over a few days, not the temporary spike you get when you work out normally
Basicaly you take your 10RM on squats and do 10 normal reps with a big breath beetween each rep then when you hit the ten rep mark you do 5 reps with 3 big breaths beetween each rep and when you hit the 15 rep mark take 5 big breaths beetween each reps until you hit the 20th.
I found out that the trick is to keep pushing until i feel the bar is crushing my traps and my blood in my arms is boiling and i feel like im about to pass out thats when i know its working. When i didnt feel these, i didnt get the 4 day testosterone increase
Sadly i found no studies that talk about this way of training specificly´s effects on hormones since you cant compare a super squat set to a basic squat set to failure : the metabolic stress is nowhere near the same

Its brutal, at the end of the set i felt like i ran for an hour im genuinly out of breath.
Why Would You Do Them ?
- The testosterone boost is real, for the next 4 to 5 days following the set i felt high t my mood was better more focused more agressive etc...
- Also increases Growth Hormone
- Another benefit is it saves a lot of time for legdays, since its so anabolic you only need one set to grow your quads that you can do in half an hour counting the warmup
- It also supposedly expands the ribcage making you bigger overall
- Its a fun challenge
My Theory
Central nervous system (CNS) activation during heavy squats or deadlifts recruits a large proportion of high threshold motor units, creating mechanical and metabolic stress. This intense neural drive stimulates the hypothalamus to release GnRH, which signals the pituitary to secrete LH, triggering testosterone production by Leydig cells while GH release from the anterior pituitary promotes systemic anabolic signaling, including hepatic IGF1 synthesis. As a result, acute testosterone levels rise post exercise, with the magnitude roughly proportional to CNS recruitment and muscular involvement. Super squats absolutly destroy your CNS since you go well beyond muscle failure using breathing methods to recover theoreticly leading to a huge GnRH spike.
Additionally, the metabolic stress associated with repeated near-maximal sets such as elevated lactate, hydrogen ion accumulation, and catecholamine release seems to amplify this hormonal response by modulating neuroendocrine feedback loops as this study suggest. Again, super squats produce massive amounts of metabolic stress since you go way beyond failure.
Might seem not worth it but for me it was the most noticeable test boosting hack naturally i felt the biggest difference doing this than any other test maxxing "hacks" like diet sleeping etc...
So if your into test maxxing naturally like me a few months ago i definetly reccomend trying this out.
But be careful since it creates massive cns fatigue you cant do it often i think thats why it works so well it puts the body in a state so close to death it has to adapt by producing more hormones
