The Primal Diet is the diet developed by Aajonus Vonderplanitz, Primal has nothing to do with cavemen or hunter gatherers, Primal as in prime, first and most important, and diet is just a Greek word for a way of living. The Primal Diet bases itself on the idea that live, raw foods are superior to cooked and dehydrated food items. And through the remedies given by Aajonus, almost every health related problem can be cured, along with supplying the individual and their children with proper nutrients that are unadulterated for them to develop ideally.

Sadly, this technique would be more perfectly wielded by Governments over their own populations. Pasteur’s theory fit mechanistic theories popular at the time among Atheists in developing technocracies, put responsibility for bad health on outside influences further feeding the insolence of the modern Atheist hubris, put mega corporations and Big-Pharma into perpetual business as the great protectors of the human race from those microbial demons

The fundamental postulates of The Germ Theory are the following:


1. Atomism

2. The human body is not designed by God to heal itself but is a product of Darwinian Evolution, arbitrarily throwing its proverbial solution to its problems against the wall to see what will stick. It doesn’t know what to do because there was no God that designed it to deal with the problems of the world. Often it finds itself warring against itself, and others it is being conquered by microscopic demons!

3. The cause of the disease is not important. The main point is to make money off of human suffering by managing the symptoms. Since the body is not designed by God but is full of vestigial organs then, when you have appendicitis there is no need to repent of your sinful NEET eating and living habits and detox through a change of lifestyle. On the contrary, let’s just remove your appendix.

4. Millions of years of evolution favored the survival of bacteria that destroyed other bacteria by producing weaponized substances. (Prof. Barry Fox, An Introduction to Infectious Diseases, Lecture 6: 25m rem. On audible)

5. Thus, primitive organisms are simpler. Later more complex organisms are a product of evolution.

6. Viruses, bacteria and parasites cause disease.

7. Bacteria cause toxins.

The catalyst of events that promoted Louis Pasteur’s theory to prominence was his observation that bacteria are responsible for fermentation and “spoilage” and he demonstrated that injecting a sheep with anthrax bacillus resulted in the anthrax disease in the injected sheep.

The first observation was obviously chosen to promote the rising Capitalist food industry, now equipped with Pasteur’s theory, could keep their now nutritionally ravaged products on grocery shelves much longer, increasing their revenue exponentially. Anyone who cannot see the profit motive in “accepting” Pasteur’s theory is dense beyond repair. The establishment was not convinced his theory was true. They were convinced his theory was profitable. Moreover, his understanding of bacteria and spoilage is baseless.

The cause of disease is ingestion(through mouth or skin), inhalation or injection of toxins. Generally, disease is a result of sinful eating(salt, white processed sugar and caffeine), and alcohol or drug habits. When sodium is in a bioactive form such as in a plant or animal tissue it is fine but the industrialized rock salt form of sodium is toxic. The cure to disease is then repentance and spiritual reformation, detoxification through abstinence from previous toxic habits, eating raw primal, and a restoration of bacteria and enzymes. This also includes absorption of radiation poisoning from modern cell phone towers, modems, computers, routers and cell phones.

We are also just not made to eat whole vegetables in mass amounts for all of our diet. Vegetables are not bio-available since almost every vegetable you are eating was only recently made.

I would rather go for the fresh, my laboratory experiments that i did with regular supermarket meat, there was no diseases that caused degenerative tissue, there was some vomiting some diarrhoea in a while but there was no active disease, but i put a group of animals on a frozen meat and they all developed skin disorders some of them got scurvy so i choose that which isn't frozen. Now i lived on mad cow meat for 3 years and a half years when i was in Paris. Because at Paris there were no butcher shops, only at Carrefour supermarket and that's what i ate. And I cut the same parts out of each side, or of each quarter, gave that to those two groups. The animals that ate it frozen all developed skin disorders in six weeks. One developed scabies, so it was pretty bad, itching, drinking a lot of water. The group that got it raw, unfrozen, barely licked water, very calm, no skin disorders, nothing. They were fine. So then I knew that butter could correct any skin disorder, eat and consume. Because dogs and cats don't perspire except out their mucous membranes. They perspire out their eyes, their noses, their mouths, their tongues, their ears, and their anuses and urethra. The only place they perspire. So, I gave them the butter, I gave them frozen butter, I split that sick group up into two. And the one that was the sickest, I put in the group that got the unfrozen butter. And all of the ones that got the unfrozen butter healed five times faster than those that got the frozen butter. Blood types

There are three basic blood types when determining what meat someone should eat regularly. These types are:
1) People who naturally have acidic blood easily produce red blood cells. They do not naturally produce enough white blood cells. Generally, this type should eat mostly white raw meat (fish, fowl, rabbit) to be balanced. If they eat red meat more than occasionally they will have a tendency to be irritable, impatient, overanxious and overaggressive.
2) People who naturally have alkaline blood easily produce white blood cells. They do not naturally produce enough red blood cells. Generally, this type should eat mostly red raw meat (beef, lamb, venison) to be balanced. If they eat white meat more than occasionally they will have a tendency to be lethargic and tired (anemic)
3) People who naturally have a balanced blood pH produce a balance of red and white blood cells. Generally, this type should eat both red and white raw meat to remain balanced. Few of this type can do fairly well as vegetarians.
Type 1 usually has a ruddier complexion, holds a tan easily, and/or has a high adrenaline level (that is, they have a lot of physical energy).

Type 2 usually has a light complexion, his or her tan fades moderately to quickly, and/or he or she is more emotionally and mentally oriented than physically oriented.

Type 3 normally has a balanced complexion, tanning cycle, and a near-even balance of physical, emotional and mental energies. A person can change from one of these blood types to either of the other types many times throughout his or her lifetime.” - We Want To Live, pages 150 and 151.


Over acidity

You want acidity in the digestive tract and alkalinity in the blood. Your blood always should be on the acid side, but we have so many toxins in our body that the blood has a tendency to get over-acidic. That's why I suggest vegetable juices throughout today to help balance that so nobody gets too irritable or too dry, or whichever comes first, the dryness or the irritability.” - Q&A Of August 20, 2006

They also need alkalinity to help balance the over-acidity caused from eating cooked foods. If you eat cooked vegetables on a raw diet with raw meats and all raw foods, it over-alkalinizes. It makes it more difficult to digest the meats. So I don't recommend eating after a while. Your whole body is always over-acidic if you've been eating cooked foods a while.” - Primal Diet Workshop + Q&A Of January 24, 1999


Over alkalinity

“ALKALIZING FOOD neutralizes acidity and volatile toxins, refreshing an acidic and toxic body. Except for wheat grass juice, all edible raw fresh vegetable juices, raw fruits and raw fresh fruit puree are alkalizing. Raw fresh tomatoes, raw fresh figs, raw fresh pineapple, raw fresh lemons and raw fresh parsley are the most alkalizing. Alkalizing foods do not need to be eaten together or eaten exclusively except during particular ailments. But if they are included - when you desire them or have a toxic problem - in a balanced raw diet, physical, emotional, and mental life will be easier. Although tomatoes, apples, citrus fruit and raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar are considered acidic, they alkalize the blood and body. eating whole raw vegetables more than once every 2 weeks often causes over- alkalinity of our digestive tracts. [Over] Alkalinity destroys or neutralizes the acidic bacteria that digest all meat, dairy and eggs, frequently causes loss of appetite for raw meat, and causes constipation” - The Recipe for Living Without Disease, page 151.

Children should not have vegetable juice under 16 years old unless they absolutely crave it. And it will disrupt their whole digestion because it causes over alkalinity.” - Q&A Of May 7, 2006



Enzyme mutations

While everyone should eat raw food, there are people that are an exception, people with enzyme mutations, essentially people with enzyme mutations are able to utilize everything in cooked food. Although I wouldn't imagine most people have these mutations and most people should still eat primal.

In order for the body to handle the altered chemicals and compounds in cooked food, the body must create enzymes that will utilize them to the best of its ability. Because these enzymes are very different from those naturally made from and for the utilization of raw food, I call them enzyme mutations. If the body cannot make the enzyme mutations to utilize adulterated nutrients caused by cooking, allergies will develop as more of the non-utilizable chemicals and compounds collect in the body.” - Charlie Donham Interview

Goatis/Sv3rige/Gatis & FaceIQ are fucking retarded

I feel like I have to make this a section so other are not led astray, goatis & FaceIQ are not primal and dont follow the Primal Diet nor promote it. Goatis started eating raw meat because of the raw paleo diet, not the Primal Diet, and this is obvious in the way he eats. He clearly doesn't understand blood acidity as gone over earlier in this guide. He mostly now eats tons of ripe fruit (ripe fruit is full of sugar and causes irritability, fruit should only be eaten unripe) and red meat, both of which cause irritability and anger. Both characteristics are clearly shown in goatis, this is why his fans who start his diet start listening to metal, and why he constantly has to say how he can beat anyone up like he said about eddie hall.

High consumption of red meat, however, could be a problem for hyperactive individuals who do not exercise enough because red meat often stimulates adrenaline production which can cause irritability and hyperactivity. In such a case, fish and fowl are preferable.” - Iron On The Primal Diet, Is It A Problem?

As for FaceIQ, he glazes goatis, doesn't call him out, and has not studied the Primal Diet in depth.

As spoken of in the beginning, one of the fundamental books for the Primal Diet is We Want To Live by Aajonus Vonderplanitz, in the second chapter, he gives remedies to everything from acne to cancer and all sorts of illnesses which conventional medicine fails to properly treat. The following is a miraculously natural event from Mother Earth's kitchen of therapies that I discovered through trial and error. Renee Bentall, 47 years-young at the time, caught one of her index fingers in a grinder. It was ground including bone. Not even one cell could be saved and reattached.

I advised Ms. Bentall to apply lime juice first to open wound and surrounding area. Lime juice surrounds particles and dead cells of flesh, blood, lymph and nerves so that white blood cells would not amass in the area that could complicate healing and re-growth. I suggested that she apply coconut cream over the lime juice, and apply unheated honey over the coconut cream, then lay a very thin slice of fresh beef or buffalo steak over her finger's open wound. I asked her to cover the meat with a piece of coconut-cream-moistened gauze to prevent the meat from drying and contracting her wound. I instructed her to place a piece of plastic the size of the gauze to cover the gauze and prevent the gauze from drying, then tape it all loosely with adhesive gauze.

The following photos recorded her finger's healing progress while Renee' adhered to my Primal Diet and followed my advice for her finger.

Multiple Lacerations Healed Without Medical Help

Sandra, of United Kingdom, was cleaning the counter near a blender that had its blades seated, ready for blending but without a blender-bowl or jar. The blender was accidentally turned on and the blades flew into the air catching her wrist and forearm. She sought help at Emergency in hospital but was told that there was nothing they could do. They said she needed a plastic surgeon for major skin grafting. Instead of seeking medical help further, her son called me and asked what he could do for her.

I suggested that he clean his mum's arm wound with lime juice even though it would sting terribly. I suggested that he apply honey (1 part) and coconut cream (3 parts) and then cover it with a thin slice of beef, place a piece of plastic over that to keep the meat moist (so the meat would not dry nor contract and dry the wound but would keep it moist). I suggested that they change the bandage every 2-3 days but only use the lime juice to clean the wound the first 2 times.

The following photos are Sandra's progressive healing using my suggestions. I have commented on several to clarify what should be understood. Sadly, no photo was taken until 3 days after inflicted wound.

Also, note that Sandra is not on the raw diet but she still healed very nicely without much scarring. She drank some raw milk shakes during the following months.

If she had been on my Primal Diet, she probably would have healed in several weeks instead of months.

A naturopath panicked when he saw Sandra's arm and told her that her arm was terribly infected. He was adamant that she would lose her arm and possibly her life if she did not get medical help with antibiotics. He insisted that placing raw meat on the wound would cause the worst problems, including parasites and gangrene, although he had no experience with this treatment. I assured Sandra and her son that he was speaking from inexperience and ignorance rather than wisdom.
Several days later after photo 2, after soaking the wound in clean water to remove old coconut cream and honey:

About one hour after photo 3. Note how dry the wound is getting. The coconut cream and honey had to be immediately applied to prevent dry scabs forming:

If Sandra had skin grafted, her scars would look like burns with tightly constricted tissue. Such scarring is usually painful throughout life. Also, there would be scarring on areas where skin would have been grafted at either buttocks or thighs. As you can see, she has very little scarring.
