Any questions or advice im thinking about fillers on the Pyriform fossa and fat graft on under eye and zygomatic fillers but i don't have much knowledge on them so i might needa do a little research and my case might be a little different because i have cleft palate anyway so any advice on anything is appreciated i know this is a low iq post and might get removed but whatever for those who will ask im getting marpe and Invisalign

Have you looked into palatoplasty? And cleft lip repair surgery?
Regarding fillers I don't see why you would need to do research on them unless you're going to DIY, quite self explanatory tbh.

I was thinking about DIY but i don't know if i should take that risk for the cleft lip surgery i got one done when i was one years old i didn't get Alveolar Bone Graft done tho so for that my ortho suggested some other thing but i unfortunately forgot its name

Don't DIY filler if you're not confident enough, and in terms of surgical interventions do whatever is recommended to you, MARPE + Invisalign are also good.
