Took early morning pre any liquid Intake and felt no urge to pee (not too surprised). Drank about 250ml of water and peed abt 30minutes after. Didn't notice any debloat effect ( maybe). At around 2pm my face and lips were super dry, head was spinning and felt ill but it went away eventually. Took 30mg

Any tips ?
