I’ll start this by saying that back then I was 1.68m tall and weighed 50kg. I also had some body fat and I was 16 years old.
I came from being someone I considered really unattractive. At first I didn’t think I looked that bad, until I started paying attention to other guys at my school and on the street who were actually good-looking. That’s when I started focusing on myself.
Everything began with home workouts, getting better haircuts, “mewing,” and other stuff. I had bad teeth with an overbite and crooked alignment, but over time they straightened out naturally. I personally think it might’ve been because of better tongue posture, since now I don’t have an overbite or crooked teeth anymore.
Then I realized that wasn’t enough. My eyes looked lifeless and terrible to me, so I started researching on ************. I began using castor oil on my eyelashes and around my eyes, and I also started curling my lashes. I used an anti-aging face cream with collagen and whitening effects, which actually helped a lot. My face looked tighter and my eyes improved, although my face also looked much younger. Once I got the results I wanted — or at least what I thought I was seeing — I stopped using it.
Later I started going to the gym, mostly strength training and sprints. I also tried thumbpulling and bonesmashing, although I don’t think thumbpulling really works. (I’m not recommending any of this, and I don’t think it actually helped much either.)
I never had orthodontic treatment or anything like that.
Right now I’m doing much better, I like my life, and I’m currently 17 years old, 180cm tall, and 71kg.
Since this is my first post, could you guys give me some recommendations and rates?
