My body just felt empty and I keep getting headaches i took a paracetamol and yeah my head feels OK but I feel weak, tired and hungry

Should I eat something? Or just wait one more day after eating?

My mom keeps making me good meals and it makes me wanna eat more.

just eat fruit and drink lots of water if you want to lose weight fast and still be able to function, you can have a light meal a day as well
