Anyways, nowadays I just drink green tea, water, and smoke ciggies, not eating food feels so good, might go keto pescatarian soon idk, tired of chicken and beef, and I hate veggies, other than sweet potato, carrots, and others that taste good and have beta carotene.

What diets are you guys running atm? And what goals do you have?

i litrl forget to eat these days, im running on caffeine and pure junk cuz of fuckass exams, otherwise i used to eat 10-12 eggs 500g chicken and 1.5l milk daily

i wud js eat 4/4 egg omelettes morning and night and for the other 4 eggs id mix in shake, cuz i find omelettes taste mediocre but its benifits r way too much, it also helped in my first growth spurt

Mogging with the egg consumption lol, in terms of myself I stick to pescatarian with spinach or sweet potato with a bit of carrots, I eat fruits but other than Pineapple I don't care too much for the others.

I have grilled fish with rice a lot of the times as well.

2 eggs if im feeling peckish
