I've also lost some height. I measured 5'11.6" (ish) at the doctors (yes i claim & round to 6'0" DNR) a few months ago, but i measured at home and i was barely 5'10" JFL. Though, it could be more shit measuring technique than posture. But by any means, i should've  grown since my last doctors appointment, ragefuel.

- measuring at different times causing spine to be more compressed hence shorter
- doctor measured wrong
- you lowkey might be blind when you measured yourself

any of these can be true

True. Though, both times were towards the end of the day; spine was most likely fully decompressed.

No. I doubt the height gauge was wrong/broken
