So it turns out that my microdose of aromasin doesn’t do shit to increase final predicted height and instead just starves the local estrogen needed for appositional growth,

This is because I found out that the only way to increase fph is by crashing local e2 to the gutters because the threshold of local e2 needed to delay plates is is a lot lower than the local e2 needed for proper appositional growth and skeletal male dimorphism

And btw to clear up the misinformation the ai’s do indeed block/destroy LOCAL bone estrogen it’s not just systemic like everybody says it is.

Yes, using it with test results in the same outcome since the receptors that increase appositional growth get met below the threshold of e2 when using microdose aromasin and decrease the appositional growth sensitivity of the androgens and potentially causing bone resorption since you NEED max local estrogen to initiate appositional growth furthermore fucking up ur cycle if ur main goal is skeletal male dimorphism

What this means is if ur gonna cycle be aware that ur gonna lose out on appositional growth if u use aromasin in any dose

btw contrary to common belief the complete elimination of e2 through something like non aromatising hrt or combining an ai with a serd is not needed either
letrozole eliminates more e2 than arimidex and yet has worse height outcomes, independent from the fact that extremely low e2 lowers igf1 by stunting gh conversion

but also you didnt lose any bone progress, probably just more bloat or fat

Also I just realized the only fix of high e2 isn’t an ai but rather getting lean because the leaner u r the less e2 u aromatize and the threshold of e2 needed for appositional bone growth is less and follows.

Ngl the best way to minimize ai fucking up appositional bone growth on cycle is crashing test no test base and using non aromatizing compound bec if u use test with smth like tren ur shbg goes DOWNNNN and that increases free test and dramatically increases estrogen, i have seen it in bloodwork, so if u minimize test u minimize the free test that converts to estrogen leading to no need for an ai but at the same time feeling shitty
