it might sound crazy but something that helped me is: talking to chatgpt only asking questions, The purpose of that was to talk to him by only asking questions, trying to connect 3 completely different topics, for example: ask him something about penguins and with questions about the topic get to Michael Jackson and end with something about politics(yes i used translator bc im lazy asf) it will help you a little
