i just went to Instagram and saw the stories they uploaded taking photos, and they look so happy, they didn't even notice that I left, maybe if I had stayed longer something would have happened, but it's too late, it's over for me.

Ya bro i relate but you just gotta talk to people who look open to you. or someone you kinda know there. What I do is I count to from 5 down because your brain is already doing the task that way. And I just bring up something, like how are they and how have they been, or if I don’t know them ask them you could ask them ask them to play chess because your trying to improve or something like that, idk what you do if you don’t know them at all. Look it up or something
