if you don’t have diruetics have a warm steamy shower make it like a sauna and sweat for like 30 mins and take aspirin/ibuprofen after cos it thins your blood and reduces inflammation so you’ll be less puffy and also avoid carbs and don’t really eat in general tbh before the event

I heard black coffee with 4tbsp is a good method to debloat for the day, is it true?
