What would you consider “beginner friendly”,Another Reta thread out of the 3 million that have been posted? Literal water information? If you’re not a freshly baked greycel,you could understand any guide here with even to a simple degree of knowledge into the topic. 90% of things on here is water information,we want something new,something that you can learn from and use to your advantage. I make a angiotensin II guide for example,not the best formatting or anything but shit got barely any traction,but this information is literal gold since it can save someone from developing future cardiovascular issues from roid cycles for example.
