So one day I was trying to fast so I got my black coffee and some ibuprofen just to try it out and it worked great I think I went for like 18 hours that day. I looked into it and this is why that is...

Central nervous system (CNS) effects:
Some prostaglandins that ibuprofen inhibits also act in the hypothalamus, the brain region that regulates hunger and satiety.
By reducing prostaglandin activity in the hypothalamus, ibuprofen could modulate appetite signals directly, slightly decreasing the sensation of hunger.

Impact on hunger hormones:
Prostaglandins influence hormones like ghrelin (which stimulates appetite) and leptin (which signals fullness).
Inhibiting prostaglandin production might lower ghrelin activity or enhance leptin signaling, directly reducing the drive to eat.
Gastrointestinal signaling to the brain:
The stomach and intestines send signals via the vagus nerve to the brain about fullness or hunger.
If ibuprofen alters prostaglandin-mediated gut signaling, it could directly dampen hunger cues sent to the brain, leading to less.
