I am getting ortho in a few weeks but I genuinly cant deal with this anymore. I already ordered test, masteron and AI so i can blast and maybe fix it a little bit.

Later asked my parents for a second opinion

double jaw surgery is the only way, u can larp it by going to a doctor and saying u have trouble breathing and u snore alot even though ur nose isnt clogged n shi, theres a chance they get u a surgery cuz the doctors also want to give u a surgery for money, ur insurance will pay for it, if ur in america though idk how that works, might cost u few thousand
