Start with 10mg it's fine, 2 pills a day would work too but imo it's better to increase dosage with time

I had pretty bad acne in 2024, my derm prescribed 10mg for 21 days, then 20 mg for 21 days, and then 30 mg for 6 months and I had glass skin by the end of the course

Also beware, shi purged alot, i looked hideous when I purged
