mimicking ghrelin → to signal pituitary → GH release → liver → IGF-1
vs Hgh → IGF-1
way cheaper than HGH, but less efficient due to steps.
take 25mg - 30mg before bed to blunt appetite, more dose = too much appetite = fat = looksmin of doom

this dose of mk gives you IGF-1 comparable of low dose hgh
HGH when megadosed (6-8 IU) in people without gh deficiency = ~1-2 cm of additional height gains per year ( ~2cm with AI )
