How big of a failo actually is it? Like lets say a celebrity who is H-HTN but then a photo gets edited where they have wide-set eyes, what rating would they go to? My hypertelorism is not severe as in a craniofacial disorder but lets just say somewhere around will smiths range.

wide set eyes is a huge flaw if its pretty severe they can easily drop by 3 points also the botch rate is too high for obo and its pretty hard to get an surgeon to preform the surgery you need to have pretty severe shit ipd

I dont trust giant tbf, heard many botched cases and theres just not enough before and after photos to justify it, hence why he never shares the results
