Background:
I am a man who had genioplasty surgery three years ago. The surgery relapsed and my chin looks exactly the same as it did before the surgery. This is why I am looking into fillers now.
There are plates and screws in my chin from the genioplasty and a lot of scar tissue on my chin. I can pinch it. I don't know if this will affect hyaluronic acid filler.
As well as a weak chin the corners of my chin are undefined so it leads to a heart shaped face. The bottom of my face should be more square as a man.
I am thinking about .2ml HA filler into two injection spots to procline my chin and make my lower face less heart shaped. Is this the best place for fillers? Maybe hyaluronic into the labiomental fold? What else would you recommend?
Thank you in advance for your advice.
