I'm pale aff, its winter rn but the sun is still prominent, is there any way to tan in about a week without raping my skin? Also how long should I be in the sun, and with or without sunscreen?
Open to everything other than injections

Using peptides don’t necessarily mean you have to inject yourself you can use a nasal spray form

Btw topical mt1 doesn’t exist closest you’d get to that is probably tanning drops

mt1 is slower, needs more frequent dosing, and is less potent but it has way less side effects (even if mild) and is far more selective as an a-msh analogue
mt2 is basically the opposite
its moreso the philosophy i guess thats debated

If youre talking about freckles the only problem I’ve had with mt2 was getting freckle which disappeared when I hopped off of it

yea those freckles and moles dont really happen on mt1
also since mt2 is so much more aggressive it carries a higher risk of skin cancer
and ofc the nausea and flushing and whatever else

Depends how much you want to tan but I recommend being in the sun for 30 minutes or even an hour whilst using mt2
