Him talking retatrutide for a little while (under 3 months) really isn't going to do anything harmful. It's just healthier than typical starvation, and easier.

Almost all the weight loss from reta comes from caloric deficiet he never said he cant do a caloric defiecit he said he dosent wanna lose height which means he needs adqueate nutrition with or without reta retas just gonna make it harder and its useless for his case why are we even discussing this
