One more thing, can you bone smash your nose to make smaller? Or no

use ur knuckles tilt ur head to the side and brace with ur opposite hand for gonions zygos etc, for gonions tilt ur head to the opposite side and hit ur gonion for zygos and chin disregard tilting ur head

so what technically happens if you do it correct is that it bruises, and if u keep smashing and u feel tenderness or it hurts you gotta push thru, if you do this it will create an hematoma which will later ossify from calcium deposits that settle there i dont really know a whole lot on the process but something to do with the epidermis layer of skin and hematoma ossification, I my self have seen improvements in my chin zygos and gonion / lower third. i spawned in a chin from smashing, you just gotta be consistent. brace ur head so you don't get CTE btw iq is everything.
