1 : Accutane

The nose has a large amount of sebaceous filaments, and nasal sebaceous activity will cause significant inflammation of the nose.
Isotretionoin (Accutane) will significatly downregulate oil production, causing sebacous filament shrinkage. The maintain these results, most will have to micro-dose accutane after a completed course.

(Accutane (isotretinoin) can make the nose look smaller because it cuts down oil production and tightens up the sebaceous glands. That means the skin on the nose gets thinner and less swollen. It’s most noticeable for people with oily skin or big pores, and it doesn’t change the bone or cartilage underneath.)

2 : Hydrocortisone

Apply a pea-sized drop of 1%
hydrocortisone to the nose, every other
day. Only apply to the base of the nose
(the bulbous part). Let this sit for 5
minutes and wash off completely.

(Hydrocortisone makes the nose look smaller
by dialing down the swelling and inflammation. It calms the immune response a bit and tightens blood vessels, so tissues aren’t as puffy. But it doesn’t actually change the
nose’s size or shape.)

Technically fin/dutasteride can also indirectly help shrink nose since they as well down regulate sebaceous gland production. Isotretinoin will always mog tho
