I'm 14 y.o. I have bags under my eyes all the time. I sleep 7 to 9 hours, don't smoke or drink, and exercise. But I still look like I'm high on weed. What should I do?

shitty eye area, its gonna take a lot of work to fix. U cant fix eyebags that are caused by reccesed infras without surugry.

I've the same recession it's caused by thin undereye skin , recessed infras and depigmentation

orbital recession im not sure if you can do anything about it but try using concealer to hide them
