If you aren't reducing your stress then what the fuck are you doing? Stress causes wrinkles, aging, acne, inflammation and more. Do you really want that? The Norwood reaper would also get to your way faster boyo.
The Slow Safe Options
You should look into SRIs (Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors). Some of those are: Clexa, Prozac, Fluoxetine, Zoloft. Remember that it'll take about 4 to 6
weeks and some side effects (headaches, nausea, increased anxiety, etc.)
The Fast Risky Options
If you wanna be a dumbass then go right ahead. Xanax and Klonopin aswell as Avitan should do the trick which causes addiction, seizures and more. I do not recommend you follow this since this is very short term and that there's more pros than cons.

It's another good option for sure. I would say if you're going for physical activity don't skip it out if you're mildly stressed. I'm just saying pharma would be a huge time saver and better for people who are moderate/highly stressed.
It's Magnesium. I would say it's one of the best if not the best if you want to reduce your stress AND anxiety as well as fixing almost every problem I had. Magnesium also cured my anxiety within DAYS. Try it out and tell me what you think.
The Safe Ones (Clexa, Prozac, Fluoxetiene and Zoloft.)
Clexa
Prozac
Fluoxetiene
Zoloft
The Dangerous Ones (Xanax (18+) Klonopin, and Avitan.)
Xanax
Klonopin
Avitan
The Best one ever... (Magnesium)
Clexa
For Clexa you wanna take 10mg if you're a child/teen but may be increased to 40mg a day. Now if you're an adult, you wanna start at a lower dose at 20mg a day but increase it to a max dose of 40mg a day.
For Prozac you wanna take 20mg as an adult but can gradually be increased to a max of 60mg a day. For you children you take 10mg a day but can be increased to 20mg.
For adults take it 20mg a day but it's recomended you start at a lower dose and climb your way up to 60mg a day (the maximum dosage). For children you wanna take 10mg a day but can be 20mg at max.
For adults you wanna take it to 50mg a day but can start lower. For Children aged 13 to 17 you wanna take 50mg a day.
Xanax
For Adults 0.25 to 0.25 mgs 3 times a day. The maximum dose is 3mg daily.
Take 0.25 mgs twice a day for 3 days and increase it high but by my research it says let your doctor determine for you.
Take 2-3 mg divided doses a day if your older than 12. If you're an boomer you wanna take 1-2 mg a day.
The maximum recomended dose for Magnesium is 410mg for 14-18 year olds and 400mg to 19-30 year olds.
Final Thoughts
Magnesium or death tbh.
