How to reconstitute raw infigratinib powder

What you will need:
Infigratinib powder
Tween 80
Propeyn Glycol
Amber glass vials
An oral syringe
A scientific scale

You are gonna have to work out how much you are doing every day for 3 weeks as the FDA approved cycling is 3 weeks on and 1 week off, in this guide i will be basing it on someone doing 25mg of infigratinib a day.
Take your raw infigratinib out the freezer/fridge you have it in and wait for it to drop down to RT, this is crucial to avoid moisture.
After this measure out 400mg of infigratinib on the scientific scale and then place it in your amber glass vial.
Add in 4ml of tween 80 and 4ml of propeyn glycol to your vial and then close the lid. Shake it until it is a liquid.
Lastly we know by the formula for working out concentrations which is
Concentration = total mass(mg)/total volume(ml)
400mg divided by 8ml (both solutions) =50mg/ml
Meaning that for every 1ml of the solution its 50mg of infigratinib
Lastly get your oral syringe and take out half of that 0.5ml for 25mg of soluted infigratinib and then place this vial back into your method of storage. (I dont recommend storing it at RT)
